At Kingswood School, we offer parents the reassurance and convenience of all-inclusive, childcare from 08:45 to 03:30pm (8.00-5.30 Wraparound care), alongside a bespoke early years learning programme tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Our nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can grow in confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy learning every day.

Nursery admissions 2025-26

At Kingswood School, your child will build strong foundations in communication and language, social interaction, early maths, and literacy, while developing confidence and independence in a nurturing environment.

We currently offer 15 hours of funded childcare, which all families are entitled to. After Easter, we are also planning to offer 30 hours of funded childcare for eligible families. Working parents of 3 and 4-year-olds may qualify for 30 funded hours per week if:

  • Both parents are working (or there is a single working parent)
  • Each parent earns at least the National Minimum Wage equivalent of 16 hours per week
  • Each parent earns under £100,000 per year

Please note that additional costs may apply, including:

  • Meals
  • Consumables
  • Extra hours
  • Additional services or trips

Children can attend a minimum of five sessions per week (equivalent to five half-days or two and a half full days). When a child is ready, the number of sessions can be increased at the start of a new school term.

The maximum attendance is ten sessions per week, which is considered full-time.

Additional wraparound care is available:

  • Before school: 8:00 am – 8:30 am

  • After school: 3:30 pm – 5:00pm.

Breakfast club available from 8.00 each morning.

After School club- 3.30-5.30: Monday-Thursday and 3.00-5.00 every Friday.
